About The Opportunity
Position Summary
This position is responsible for the accuracy of master data records contained in the SAP system. This includes the addition, deletion and maintenance of master records. The Analyst will also serve as a resource to the ORBIS user community in problem resolution as it relates to SAP and master data information.


Essential to this Position

Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, complete and compliant product master data records across the ORBIS Corporation enterprise.  Master data is managed, maintained and created, in multiple systems including SAP and Adobe Illustrator. The role is part of a highly engaged team that supports multiple areas of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily work involves creation and maintenance of product records within SAP and artwork and artwork templates for value-add accessories.
  • Manages approvals of specific artwork records with Customer Support, Sales Representatives, and Customer.
  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers associated with artwork products and services.
  • Work within Master Data team to prioritize and manage data requests as defined by customer requirements and department performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain department procedures and work instructions for specific/assigned areas of responsibility to support high quality and consistent master data across business systems and processes..
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork to maintain and ensure the accuracy of product information within SAP.
  • Support cross-functional projects to improve data integrity of master data across the enterprise.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to support ORBIS overall quality system.

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar ERP solutions).
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator (or similar Graphics solution) preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of data integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to develop strong working relationships within team and cross-functionally.
  • Initiates action without waiting for direction.
  • Makes clear commitments and holds themselves accountable for meeting them.
