About The Opportunity
Position Summary
Provides support to the sales team by relieving them of administrative work. Duties may include order processing/entry, price quotations, information input and management, RFP response, product training or other related tasks.


Essential to this Position

Responsible for fielding, writing, and setting up display specifications for order. Oversees all aspects of specifications, product fitments and toolbox knowledge. Sets deadlines based on priority. Collaborates with the team and customer while monitoring an active workflow. Prepares reporting for upper management.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the team and customer to analyze and clarify request specifics
  • Write specifications and setup material BOMs per the evolving spec writing standards developed through collaboration with our customer
  • Execute and communicate fitment requests in close collaboration with our customer, offering multiple logical and efficient options
  • Develop a deep understanding of our toolbox and actively apply the knowledge to drive solutions, sales and build reputation with our customer
  • Represent Menasha and our values by displaying professionalism during all customer meetings and interactions
  • Manage priorities and complete tasks in a timely manner while setting realistic expectations with the customer and team
  • Supports overall customer and team initiatives
  • Receives and responds to customer complaints and processes appropriate corrective actions
  • Prepares and reviews required business reports
  • Supports continuous improvement initiatives

Work Experience Required
At least 2 years relevant experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
  • Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the sales function or business unit
  • Knowledge of and ability to use diverse tools, tactics and techniques to persuade a person to perform a desired action
  • Knowledge of processes, tools, techniques and theory behind selling the organization's products or services
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information
  • Knowledge of and ability to coordinate multiple and diverse options for selling organization's products and services
  • Knowledge of specific products and associated development process and strategy
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to design, implement and execute business processes and associated applications
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
  • Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer support function or department
  • Familiarity with the organization’s policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
  • Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with the customer
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities, and tools associated with managing customer requests
  • Basic Artios CAD program knowledge is a plus
  • Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is required, Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Basic SAP knowledge is desired
  • Basic knowledge of corrugated materials and functionality desired
  • Basic supply chain and distribution center knowledge desired
  • Strong Visuo-spatial skills desired
  • Professionalism, accountability and strong communication skills required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, customer facing, environment required
