About The Opportunity
Identifies and develops new sales opportunities, provides product solutions, ensures customer satisfaction, and develops positive long-term relationships to maximize sales. Introduces company products and services to new and /or existing customers. Responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sales account plans.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Entrepreneurial minded with a strong understanding of the CPG industry and the ability to create new avenues leading to business growth
Strong knowledge of the Display Packaging industry and sales experience to identify, contact, and influence customer’s key decision makers with regard to our resources and offerings
Aptitude for building and fostering long term client relationships
Experience cultivating new business and developing new business prospects
Ability to understand customer requirements and to offer suitable solutions that generate growth opportunities
Proficiency in formal presentations as well as highly developed skills in selling to close
Provide input on changes and trends taking place within the industry and within the customer’s organization and make recommendations to improve our position with the customer
Responsibility for the commercial relationship of project development and delivery, supporting the operational care of assigned customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Acts as a liaison between customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
Pro-active with respect to providing timely feedback regarding sales activities, contacts, meetings, and opportunities identified, resources required and action steps necessary
Excellent leadership and coordination skills to introduce our expertise to and ensure maximum account penetration??
Knowledge of sales processes and tools to increase sales revenue through maximizing corporate resources and shortening sales cycles
Provide timely updates to management (as determined by management) regarding sales activities: contacts, meetings, opportunities identified, resources required and action steps to secure targeted sales
Ensures and supports to make sure Food safety, Quality, HACCP and GMP is always followed.
Provides direction and guidance to pricing function to manage and enhance customer profitability on individual projects and programs, providing client specific perspectives
Initiates, tracks, and manages internal cost savings and external client cost savings projects with cross functional team to achieve annual goals and targets
Creates and delivers presentations on growth opportunities, cost savings, process improvement/simplification and other topics as required to internal and external stakeholders. Assists with the preparation, development and delivery of customer business reviews
Prepares and maintains revenue forecasts, annual plan development, project development KPIs, and cost savings metrics with cross functional partners.
Manages the project development, when required, for turnkey, material-only or labour-only projects

Work Experience Required
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
