About The Opportunity
Position Summary
The Manager will serve as the primary support person for Menasha Corporation’s Shareholder Relations Office. The Manager will (i) serve as the shareholders’ primary point of contact in connection with the shareholder registration system (including ensuring the accuracy and completeness of shareholder information, facilitating share transfers and dividend transactions, and publishing annual tax documentation), (ii) maintain information to support and facilitate shareholder communications and family governance and engagement initiatives, including operations of the Smith Family Council, and (iii) work with internal resources, Family Council representatives, and external service providers to plan, organize, and oversee the Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Family Weekend.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Serve as the Company’s primary point of contact for shareholders, including with respect to all questions and transactions related to administration of the share registration system
Work closely with the Smith Family Council Board liaison to support Family Council governance and initiatives.
Support Family Council operations, including working with the Council Board liaison to prepare draft meeting materials, including agendas and minutes as requested
Organize shareholder-related events and provide assistance with identifying and reserving facilities, scheduling, and travel arrangements upon request
Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and shareholder correspondence at the request and under the supervision of Company management and Council leadership
Establish and/or maintain shareholder information databases for the Company and the Family Council
Manage regular shareholder mailings (via U.S. Mail and/or email distribution) including the Annual Report, Proxy Statement, Corporate Social Responsibility Report, quarterly shareholder letters, and Smith Family Newsletter
Ensure timely follow-up on all shareholder requests and inquiries
Handle confidential and non-routine information in accordance with all Company policies
Work independently and as a team member on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Lead special shareholder projects as directed by Company management
Provide support on other Company matters assigned by the Director of Shareholder Relations or General Counsel/Corporate Secretary

Work Experience Required
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Minimum of six (6) years’ relevant experience providing high-level administrative support
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research. Knowledge of MS SharePoint a plus
Prior experience with, and/or demonstrated ability to learn, dedicated cloud-based software applications supporting the core functions of the role (e.g., shareholder registration software, survey/voting applications, or analogous technology tools)
Must be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the maturity and confidence to effectively represent the Company to both internal and external stakeholders
Must plan, organize, and prioritize workload to satisfy the expectations of multiple constituents
Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a willing collaborator as part of cross functional teams
Must be sensitive to the nature of the role, exercise discretion in both internal and external communications, and maintain Company and shareholder information in strict confidence
