About The Opportunity
Position Summary
Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes.

 

Essential to this Position

This position focuses on analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and supporting various point solutions/systems. The position will provide technical expertise in producing high-quality, configurable, and maintainable software. Along with the technical aspects of the role, it will also help define and document business systems requirements in partnership with Menasha’s business units.

Essentials for Success:

  • 5+ years of experience in a software development role
  • Experience with user interface and backend development
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to and working knowledge of - Sales, Order Entry and Distribution, Purchasing and Materials Management, Production Planning
  • Project Management - Planning project timelines and deliverables, Leading projects of extended duration and with multiple deliverables that require coordinating the work of a team of employees, reporting of project progress
  • Experience with design patterns and SOLID principles
  • 5+ years of development experience in an OOD environment
  • Experience with business requirements definition and documentation
  • Experience developing enterprise-level applications for high-availability systems.
  • Experience with a large and complex system for both internal and external customers.
  • Technical knowledge of and experience with - NET Framework (C#), Unit testing, REST API, SQL & relational databases, SQL Server, Client-side web technologies (HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Vue.js), Build tools, Experience using Source Control tools (GIT/GitHub), Experience Configuring Web Application Servers (IIS), Basic Unix/Linus skills, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment and exposure to and working knowledge of the following business areas/processes - Sales, Order Entry, and Distribution, Purchasing and Materials Management, Production Planning
  • Experience managing projects, including - Planning project timelines and deliverables, Leading projects of extended duration and with multiple deliverables, that require coordinating the work of a team of employees, Reporting of project progress
  • Java experience Knowledge of Oracle Salesforce

  • Knowledge of and ability to design, plan, and execute testing strategies and tactics to ensure software product quality and adherence to stated requirements
