About The Opportunity
Oversees and manages overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize cost of organization's supply chain. Collaborate with multiple-functional managers to plan and execute on the development of a distribution center operational process to enable seamless transfers. Manages and monitors vendor's qualification and performance to ensure they meet company's requirements.

The Sr. Manager Supply Chain Analytics demonstrates entrepreneurship, innovates, strategizes, integrates, and has a focus on developing people. This role aids upper management through metrics and analysis. The ability to take charge of a project and deliver results that creates efficiencies within the organization is essential in this position. This individual can work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves processes. This role works closely with sales, operations, planning teams, project management, and other internal teams and external customers to ensure business needs and objectives are achieved. The S&OP planning manager is resourceful, detail-oriented, good problem solver, and organized in this fast-paced environment. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Aid upper management and leadership teams engaged in network capacity planning activities and operational metrics
Manage workflow by assigning tasks to direct reports, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
Autonomously develops a process to capture, process, report and analyze feedback from key stakeholders
Develop ad hoc reports and analyze trends in business requirements by certain criteria to assist the customer or operational department in decision making to achieve the business objective
Provide decision-support to managers and executives by extracting data, creating reports, running queries, and other tasks to support the business’ analytical needs
Assist in development and/or improve upon existing dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reports for a variety of operational channels both internal to Menasha and externally for customers
Participate and lead projects pertaining to capacity planning and operational reporting process improvements
Conduct routine maintenance on key reports related databases to ensure data integrity
Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics
Create, review, maintain and improve existing processes and templates; specifically, customer facing report templates and training documentation for changes or refinements
Provide annual employee reviews, regular employee skills assessment and employee work-load analysis through monthly team meetings and one on one meetings with each direct report
Assist in training staff members and new hires

Skills & Experience
Work Experience Required
Minimum of 6 years of related experience required.
Possible travel between facilities and client site up to 15% of the time.
Requires a high level of math skills and the ability to translate mathematical information into concise reports
Must be able to communicate to people at all levels within the organization
Ability to work effectively with management and part of a team to meet targets
Advanced skills in Excel; create and interpret charts/graphs, pivot tables, and manipulate/troubleshoot data
Minimal supervision; can autonomously create and troubleshoot databases and reports
Strong background in working with database software
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels
Strong experience in user testing and project management
Strong team player and leadership
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively speak with team members and/or customers
Strong interpersonal skills that promotes team building and advancement
