About The Opportunity
Position Summary
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.


Essential to this Position
  • Manage the display and packaging development process
  • Provide full-time, dedicated customer support helping facilitate their local customization / Display Excellence Programs
  • Understand and assess full scope of program needs including pack out of product as warranted
  • Provide directive and clearly communicate deliverables to internal & external, cross-functional team members
  • Proactively manage all key milestone of development and execution to ensure customer deliverables are met
  • Daily maintain Project Summary utilizing in-house software outlining key milestones and project details, allowing all parties instant access to updates
  • Ensure all departments have information to complete requests and process orders efficiently and correctly (Structure, Graphics, Estimating, Customer Service, Manufacturing)
  • Represents Menasha’s best interest and reinforce our Brand during elevated customer service issues and situations
  • Aid in delivery of digital mock-ups 
  • Attend weekly meeting with customer to review program list
  • Manage all creative & structural development requests for Menasha
  • Act as key liaison for customer, their agencies, and creative teams specific to our programs
  • Coordinate projects with Menasha’s Structure & Graphics Team, and 3rd party agencies when appropriate
  • Manage timelines for art development, keylines, proofs and final artwork postings
  • Identify overall opportunity within the account
  • Enter all pricing requests and manage timelines into system
  • Review pricing for accuracy, present to customer
  • Create a clear transition to prospective programs into production
  • Provide clean hand-off for order fulfillment to Menasha teams including: quantity, PO’s, final art, final structure, customer pack out/fulfillment needs
  • Internal & External Sales / customer support
  • Provide support on customer's trends and insights to our company as needed

At least 2 years relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
  • Ability to design, implement and execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes and associated applications
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
  • Knowledge of project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity
  • Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
  • Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests
Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office: specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of database functionality
  • Analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; be an active listener
  • Aptitude to analyze and make sound conclusions
